A restaurant & bar service industry veteran of 15 years, Diego has an undeniably vast network of professionals that rely on or benefit from his high level of expertise in the food and beverage industry. His many years of experience aiding in the development of several small businesses in Austin will be of immense value to Lifted Spirits. One thing that makes Diego stand out is his unique vision and ability to drive a business beyond its limitations, helping it achieve sustainable long-term success.

KC Hensley

Vice-Chairman

Kc Hensley comes to Lifted Spirits to further his mission of advocating for the Hospitality Industry. Kc hails from Pocatello, Idaho and moved to Austin 9 years ago. He is a Navy Veteran and has been involved in the hospitality industry both before and after his military time. He has washed dishes, owned his own bar, and everything in between. Currently KC is the Community Manager for Seasoned, a community app dedicated to the hospitality industry. When KC is not working on advocating for the hospitality industry is nothing cause he is always doing so. He has a pretty badass Michelada recipe that he hopes to have in stores one day.

Kyle Andeson

Chief Strategic Officer & Board Member

Kyle Anderson comes to Lifted Spirits with several years of non-profit experience working alongside underserved communities to promote self-determination. Kyle received his Masters of Science in Community and Regional Planning from UT Austin in 2019, and is excited to be able to put his strategic planning skillset to use in support of Austin’s food service community. Outside of work Kyle is usually found surrounded by his dogs, in the garden with his wife Erika, or steadily improving his bread making skills.

John Coonley

Board Member

John has started or been a partner in six businesses, including in the following industries: commercial photography, consulting, vending, and merchant services. The most recent area of interest for John is crowdfunding. John has worked as a personal trainer, and enjoys leading an active lifestyle which includes participation in organized sports and pursuing various physical challenges. John is an active member of Austin’s Young Men’s Business League (YMBL) where he has participated in planning various events and functions, with the ultimate goal of bettering the Austin Sunshine Camps, an organization focused on helping Austin’s underprivileged youth.
